An outlet for power supply in an apartment house is provided to cutoff unnecessary power supply automatically if an electric device having a plug connected to the outlet is not operated during a predetermined time, thereby reducing usage of electricity within a household and more easily re-supply electricity. When a cutoff unit(121) cuts off power supplied to an output terminal(200), a recovery switch is protruded from a main body(100) and inserted into the main body when pressed in the protruded state. After that, the recovery switch restarts power supply to the output terminal by linking the cutoff unit. A current detecting unit(122) is connected to a power line between the output terminal and the cutoff unit and detects currents. A control unit(123) confirms intensity of the currents detected by the current detecting unit, and controls the cutoff unit to cutoff power supply if the confirmed intensity is lower than a reference value. A reference value input unit(124) adjusts the reference value through user operation. A display unit(125) outputs the reference value to the outside.
