The piece has a set of medical appliances such as drip pipes, provided on top of a multiple feet. A pushing rod is fixed in a quasi vertical position into a drip pipe clamp (5) that is fixed to a vertical help plate (3), and rotates around a longitudinal axis. A rotating handle (15) is provided along the longitudinal axis of the pushing rod. The vertical help plate is fixed onto an intravenous pole. An identification section (12) is fitted on the pushing rod.
