A card slot device and an electronic device equipped with the same are provided to insert a card into a slot body, and improve adhesion between a radiating unit and the card with small force by compensating resistance generated from an elastic member when the card is completely inserted, as the elastic member elastically presses a moving unit to a moving direction. A slot body is equipped with a slot receiving the card. The radiating unit is moved between a first position separated from the card and a second position contacting with the card. The moving unit moves the radiating unit to the second position while being moved to a direction opposite to a card insertion direction by linking with a card insertion operation to the slot body. The radiating unit is equipped with a heat sink and the elastic member pressing the heat sink when the heat sink is moved to the second position. The elastic member elastically presses the moving unit to the moving direction when the heat sink is moved to the second position.
