A stay structure for preventing oil leakage from a fuel line is provided to prevent oil leakage from a fuel line in the case of side impact and to protect a fuel line from foreign bodies protruded on the ground in the case of driving. A stay structure for preventing oil leakage from a fuel line in the case of vehicle collision comprises: a stay(100) and fastening holes(200). Mounting units are formed on a side sill, a side member and a subframe, which pass by the fuel line. The stay is fastened with the mounting units. In addition, the fastening holes are formed on edges of the stay formed in a triangle shape, whose positions are corresponding to the mounting units.
