An ultraviolet blocking mask is provided to protect a user's face from an ultraviolet ray effectively by configuring the mask so as to cover the whole of user's face and neck, and to increase an ultraviolet ray blocking effect by coating the outer surface with a UV blocking material. An ultraviolet ray blocking mask includes: a cover part(18), having a through-hole(17) for securing a field of view, and covering a user's face so as to block the latter from an ultraviolet ray; a nose support(15), formed as one body with the cover part, and fastening a wearing position when the cover part is put on the face; and a wearing unit(13), preventing the cover part from being deviated from the face. The cover part has an outer surface with a coating film, coated with an ultraviolet ray blocking material, or is manufactured in such a manner that one compound is selected from salicylates, benzonphenones, or cyanoacrylates, then mixed with a synthetic resin material, and injection-molded. |
