The body has circular abrasive disks (8) that are spaced from one another, where the disks are oriented with their lateral sides that are configured as abrasive surfaces. The lateral sides are oriented one towards the other in the direction of extension of the bristles, in an operating position. The disks are arranged on a rotary disk support (6) that describes a central axis of the disks. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for sharpening a bristle of a tooth brush and for being arranged in a work station with a feeding device that is utilized for feeding the tooth brush to a working area. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device sharpens the bristles of the tooth brush in a rapid and precise manner such that a narrow gap is attained during brushing, thus ensuring better elasticity of the bristles, and hence avoiding the injuries of the gum during brushing.
