METHOD FOR OPENING A SEALED WASTE DRUM AUTOMATICALLY AND SAFELY IN ORDER TO DRAW CONTENTS

A method for opening a sealed waste drum automatically and safely in order to draw contents is provided to protect a worker from a toxic substance and cut only an upper cover of a drum to reuse the drum. A house frame(7) includes an automatic gate. A drum fixing unit(4) introduces a waste drum into a house to fix the waste drum. A drum rotating unit(5) rotates the waste drum at a predetermined speed. A drum upset-prevention unit(6) prevents the waste drum from being separated or upset. A sawing machine driving unit(2) fixes and rotates a sawing machine. A driving unit is fixed to the house to drive the sawing machine in a longitudinal direction. A rotary sawing machine(1) continuously cuts the cover of the waste drum while rotating.
