A stainless brassware and its manufacturing method are provided to have a function of brassware as a well-being kitchenware and to reduce the cost of raw materials at the same time. A stainless brassware includes an inner surface portion(10) and an outer surface portion(20). The inner surface portion is made of an alloy of copper and tin. The center portion of the inner surface portion is depressed to be concave to form the inner side of a bowl. The outer surface portion is made of a stainless steel, and the center portion of the outer surface portion is depressed to be concave. The outer surface portion is fixed to be adhered to the outer side of the inner surface portion and forms the outer side of the bowl. 4-6mm of the edge of the inner surface portion is bent. |
