An organic electroluminescence display device is provided to improve color purity, to enhance light-emitting efficiency, and to enlarge a lifetime by using a blue light-emitting layer. A plurality of first electrodes(180) are positioned apart from each other on a substrate(100). A plurality of organic layers including at least a blue light-emitting layer are positioned on the first electrodes. A second electrode(210) is positioned on the organic layers. The blue light-emitting layer is formed with a host and a dopant. The dopant has a peak wavelength of a light emitting spectrum of 450 to 475nm, and an FWHM(Full Width of Half Maximum) equal to and less than 50nm. The dopant is formed with one selected from a group including perylene-based, anthanthrene-based, stilbene-based, and non-stilbene-based aromatic amines. |
