<p>A radiation-sensitive composition for forming a colored layer is provided to ensure excellent shelf stability as a liquid composition while maintaining good sensitivity, resolution and pattern shape, and to form a pattern having excellent solvent resistance and adhesion to a substrate. A radiation-sensitive composition for forming a colored layer comprises: (A) a colorant; (B) an alkali soluble resin; (C) a multi-functional monomer; and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. The alkali soluble resin(B) comprises a copolymer of: (b1) at least one first unsaturated compound selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acids, unsaturated carboxylic anhydrides and unsaturated phenolic compounds; and at least one second unsaturated compound selected from (b2) an unsaturated compound containing an oxetane backbone, and (b3) an unsaturated compound having a tetrahydrofuran backbone.</p> |
