A reproducing method when re-starting a disc and a computer-readable recording medium with a program for the same are provided to improve performance of a disc reproducing system and to minimize discomfort of a user. A reproducing method when re-starting a disc includes a step of sensing insertion of the disc(S110); a step of receiving an event stopping reproducing the disc(S120); a step of storing information for reproducing the disc in advance; a step of receiving the event re-starting reproducing the disc(S170); and a step of performing a reproducing operation of the disc on the basis of the necessary information which is required to reproduce the disc(S180). The third step includes a step of checking whether a loading operation of the disc is completed(S130); and a step of storing information which is required to reproduce the disc when the loading operation is completed(S150).
