An organic electroluminescence device is provided to ensure excellent color purity, light emitting efficiency and lifespan characteristics, and to allow full color realization. An organic electroluminescence device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of first electrodes disposed on the substrate while being spaced apart from each other; organic layers disposed on the first electrodes and comprising at least a blue light emitting layer; and a second electrode disposed on the organic layers, wherein the blue light emitting layer comprises a host and a dopant, the dopant has a peak wavelength of 450-475 nm in its light emitting spectrum, and the main peak area of the dopant is at least 80%. Particularly, the dopant is any one compound selected from perylene-, anthanthrene-, stilbene- and non-stilbene-based aromatic amine compounds.
