A packaging method for an oxygen generating agent is provided to prevent alkaline liquid from being discharged to the outside of a tee bag by using polyethylene non-woven fabrics having low moisture permeability dually. A packaging method for an oxygen generating agent is to install a dual non-woven fabric consisting of an external non-woven fabric(1) and an internal non-woven fabric(2), and prevent the dissolved solution of the content from being discharged to the outside of a tee bag. The water resistance of the external non-woven fabric is more than 1.5m. The internal non-woven fabric is a non-woven fabric that does not allow powder corpuscles having a mean diameter of 0.5 to 5 micrometers to pass therethrough. The two layers of non-woven fabric enclose an oxygen generating agent(4).
