An apparatus and a method for separating a polarizable anolyte using dielectrophoresis are provided to quickly analyze polarizable target materials without disturbing the flow of a fluid. An apparatus for a separating polarizable anolyte using dielectrophoresis includes an inlet(201), an outlet(202), a micro channel(230), and a film(210). The inlet and the outlet are connected through the micro channel. In the micro channel, the film having air gaps(212) of nano or micro size is installed across the flow of a fluid. Electrodes(220,221) are installed apart from the film by a predetermined distance. It is preferable that the size of the air gap is 0.1~500mum similar to the thickness of the film.
