A high voltage cable stripper is provided to allow a user to know the exact depth of a cutter blade when approaching the cutter blade to remove a cable sheath. A frame(10) is made of metal or synthetic resin material, and one side thereof is U-shaped. An adjusting lever(20) adjusts the length of an arm(50) which supports a cutter blade(60) in the frame. A scale(30) checks the distance between a cable and the cutter blade. A scale unevenness(40) is formed at one side of the arm, and moves together with the arm. The arm is formed in the frame to support the cutter blade, and has an octagonal shape so as to easily change the direction of the cutter blade. The circular cutter blade cuts a cable sheath. A leading wire guiding roller(70) closely contacts the cable to the cutter blade. A handle(80) rotates the leading wire guiding roller when horizontally moving the cable, and is easily foldable.
