An organic light emitting device is provided to realize excellent driving voltage, current density, luminance, color purity, current efficiency and lifespan characteristics, thereby imparting improved reliability to a flat panel display device. An organic light emitting device comprises: a substrate; a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and including a light emitting layer, wherein one of the first and the second electrodes is a reflection type electrode and the other is a translucent or transparent electrode, and the organic layer has a layer comprising at least one of the compounds represented by the following formulae 1,2 and 3. In the formulae, X is a substituted or non-substituted C1-C30 alkylene, C2-C30 alkylene, C6-C30 arylene, C2-C30 heteroarylene or C2-C30 heterocyclic group; each of R1-R8 independently represents H, a substituted or non-substituted C1-C30 alkyl, C1-C30 alkoxy, C6-C30 aryl, C6-C30 aryloxy, C2-C30 heterocyclic group, C5-C30 fused multicyclic group, OH, CN or substituted or non-substituted amino, wherein R1, R2 and R3, R4 and R5, R6, and R7 and R8 are optionally bonded to the adjacent group to form a saturated or unsaturated carbocyclic ring; each of Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 represents a substituted or non-substituted C6-C30 aryl or C2-C30 heteroaryl; Y is a substituted or non-substituted C1-C30 alkyl, C6-C30 aryl or C2-C30 heterocyclic ring; and n is an integer of 0-5. |
