<p>An automatic on/off switch of an electric lamp is provided to reduce unnecessary power consumption by using a switch having a bimetal to automatically turn off the electric lamp after a predetermined time. An automatic on/off switch of an electric lamp includes a control device(A) and a checking device(B). The control device has a plurality of switches(SWA,SWB,SWC), and controls the power supply to one electric lamp(L). Each of the plurality of switches has a case which is laid on a wall, first and second terminals(200B,200C,300B,300C) which are electrically connected to the electric lamp, and controls the power supply to the electric lamp through the mutual attachment and detachment, and a button which attaches or detaches the first and the second terminals by the operation of a user. The checking device has alarm lamps(500A,500B,500C) connected to the first and the second terminals in parallel. The second terminal is a bimetal which is separated from the contacted first terminal to cut off electricity.</p> |
