A method for surface treatment of a corrugated pipe is provided to uniformly electro-polish concave portions and convex portions of the corrugated pipe by directly supplying an electrolyte to the concave portions of the corrugated pipe from a Teflon tube inserted into the corrugated pipe, thereby controlling the amount of generated oxygen and inducing a constant current distribution. A method for surface treatment of a corrugated pipe comprises the steps of setting respective parameters in a control box based on measurement values detected by a pressure gauge, a flow meter and a temperature sensor(S505); supplying a power source from a rectifier to a holder; allowing the holder to conduct a COP(Chrome Oxidized Passivation) process on the corrugated pipe(S509), and allowing the control box to control a supply amount of the electrolyte by controlling a flow control valve according to the amount of oxygen generated when an electrolytic reaction occurs in the holder; allowing the control box to read up the measurement values detected by the pressure gauge, the flow meter and the temperature sensor; and allowing the control box to control a supply amount of the electrolyte supplied to the holder by controlling the flow control valve based on the detected measurement values(S517).
