A mobile web storage operation server is provided to offer predetermined data or file copied and stored in a storage medium by being extracted from a storage medium to a receiving wireless terminal in a process of a wireless terminal accessing the storage medium through the server. A program for mobile web storage usage is downloaded to a user mobile phone(1). When user authentication information is transmitted through the program, data or a file list pre-stored in a web storage area allocated according to the user authentication information is transmitted to the program. If data or file information selected by a user is transmitted through the program, a mobile web storage operation server(100) receives the data or file information to send data or a file corresponding to the selected data or file information to the mobile phone(1) where the program is installed.
