A preparation method of mixed-cereal pills using onion is provided to impart glutinousness to the dough for the mixed-cereal pills by using onion juice, garlic juice and bean powder, to prevent the ingredient powder for the mixed-cereals pills from being acidified without brewing vinegar, and to produce many kinds of mixed-cereal pill products simply by selecting each ingredient in a basic process program. A preparation method of mixed-cereal pills using onion comprises the steps of: making 80~100wt% of onion juice and 5~20wt% of garlic juice by a wet-grinding mill, based on the total weight of the ingredient powder for mixed-cereal pills; selecting 1 to 3 ingredients from the group consisting of bulbous vegetables, leaf vegetables and fruits, or selecting 1 to 3 kinds from each ingredient; roasting the selected ingredients for 2~30min; boiling the roasted ingredients and water in a weight ratio of 1:10~30 for 60~200min, picking up the solid ingredients, and making 5~20wt% of concentrate, based on the total weight of the ingredient powder for mixed-cereal pills; selecting 1 to 2 bean ingredients from the group consisting of Rhynchosia Nulubilis, black bean, soybean, pea, yellow soybean, green soybean, red bean, horse bean and mung bean to prepare 5~20wt% of the selected ingredients; selecting 1 to 4 cereal shell ingredients from the group consisting of rice bran, wheat bran, barley bran and buckwheat shell to prepare 5~60wt% of the selected ingredients; roasting the prepared cereal shell ingredients for 2~30min; selecting 1 to 25 dry ingredients from the group consisting of bulbous vegetables, leaf vegetables, fruits, seaweeds and healthy foods, or selecting 1 to 25 kinds from each dry ingredient to prepare 20~90wt% of the selected ingredients; roasting the prepared dry ingredients for 2~30min; mixing and grinding the bean ingredients, roasted cereal shell ingredients and roasted dry ingredients to prepare the ingredient powder for mixed-cereal pills; adding 80~100wt% of the onion juice, 5~20wt% of the garlic juice and 5~20wt% of the concentrate to the ingredient powder for mixed-cereal pills, kneading the mixture for 5~20min, and then making mixed-cereal pills with a diameter of 2~5mm by a pill making machine; and drying the mixed-cereal pills at 50~70°C for 5~10hr.
