SANDWICHPANEL FOR INSTALLATION OF A FINISHING MATERIAL AND THE MAKING METHOD

A manufacturing method of a sandwich panel for additional installation of an inorganic finishing material is provided to carry and construct a sandwich panel easily by keeping lightweight, and to fulfill a structural function and to maximize adhesive force by forming insertion holes on the surface of a steel plate and fixing grooves on a filling material and attaching an inorganic finishing material such as a stone coat or a dry bit continuously. A manufacturing method of a sandwich panel(1) for additional installation of an inorganic finishing material comprises the steps of: cutting out a steel plate into a metal plate(2) using a cutting machine; punching the surface of the cut metal plate using a punching machine to arrange insertion holes(5) in all directions; attaching the metal plate to two sides of a filling material(3) and thermally bonding them using a thermal-bonding machine; and forming fixing grooves(6) on one or two sides of the filling material to the appointed depth by penetrating a punching machine and pressurizing the filling material through the insertion hole formed on the surface of the metal plate to make a finishing material filled in the filling material to fix the finishing material to the metal plate tightly.
