<p>A method for manufacturing an elevator guide rail is provided to save the raw material cost by removing a part that has been thrown away in a conventional planer machining process. A method for manufacturing an elevator guide rail includes a first correction step(S10) of increasing the straightness of a rolled rail, a shot blast step(S20) of removing iron oxide from the surface of the corrected rail and lowering the roughness of the surface, a drawing step(S30) of drawing the shot-blasted rail, a second correction step(s40) of increasing the straightness of the drawn rail, a washing and drying step(S50) of washing and drying the drawing oil of the secondly corrected rail, a cutting step(S60) of cutting an end of the deformed rail to form rails of a standard unit, a connecting part machining step(S70) of machining the embossed portions of the cut rail, a hole, and a fastened part, a step(S80) for removing burrs, a packing step(S100) of packing the rails.</p> |
