A built-up bar is provided to make manufacture simple by using a flexible wire as a shear reinforcement and to increase constructability of a reinforced concrete structure by reducing crane weight. A built-up bar using a wire comprises plural reinforcing bars(20) arranged in parallel, a pair of fixtures(10) provided with plural reinforcing bar fitting parts(11,12) fit with the ends of the reinforcing bars, a stiffening wire(30) wound around the reinforcing bars spirally in the width direction of the reinforcing bar to function as a shear reinforcement, and an intermediate fixture installed between the fixtures to function as a spacer to keep reinforcing bar from being bent and composed of plural hook-shaped reinforcing bar hangers to fix reinforcing bars and a connecting frame to connect and support the reinforcing bar hangers.
