A manufacturing method of hologram patterns is provided to increase hologram properties and to simplify processes economically for the manufacturing, and to be useful for large-scale patterns of BOPP, Nylon, PET, PE, and PVC films. A manufacturing method of hologram pattern comprises: the first process of printing reactive-type thermosetting resin(20) with 2 to 5 micrometer thickness on a necessary part of a mold surface(10), which is polished and cleaned, utilizing a pre-patterned silk screen plate; the second process of pressurizing silicone sheet(30) which contains prepared hologram onto the printed reactive-type thermosetting resin; the third process of thermosetting the thermosetting resin with heat(300); the fourth process of removing the silicone sheet; and the fifth process of forming new patterns repeatedly from the second process after printing thermosetting resin on a part of the mold surface where thermosetting resin is not printed.
