An article safeguard system includes a storage device 1 having a plurality of storage cabinets 10, a plurality of antennas 11 each mounted on a respective one of the storage cabinets, a plurality of RFID tags 3, and a reading device 4 connected to the antennas to read the RFID tags and arranged to only read a respective one of the RFID tags which is located in the acting zone of one of the antennas at a time. Thus, the article safeguard system is used to control a plurality of storage cabinets in a manner so as to provide a security effect to the articles contained in each of the storage cabinets. |
