A quarternary amino glucosamine is provided to exhibit the anticancer effect by inducing apoptosis in a dosage and time dependent manner, thereby promoting the anticancer therapeutic effect. A quarternary amino glucosamine compound having the anti-cancer effect is represented by the formula(1). The anti-cancer composition comprises a pharmaceutically effective amount of the compound of the formula(1) and further comprises powder, tablet, capsule, ointment composition, solution, gel, paste, patch and granule.
