A golf exercising device using a piezoelectric element is provided to enable a user to correct his/her posture at the time of swing by him/herself and to measure a flying distance of a golf ball. A golf exercising device using a piezoelectric element is installed on a golf shaft(10), and includes a piezoelectric element(20) and a control coupling ring(30). The piezoelectric element measures the transformation such as transformed amount and bending degree of the shaft at the time of impact and generates voltage. The control coupling ring is connected to the piezoelectric element to receive the voltage, and has a control portion and a display portion built therein. The control portion measures and analyzes the input voltage. The display portion lets a user check his/her hitting information.
