CHARACTERIZATION OF THE PROMOTER AND SEQUENCER OF HYPOTHETICAL PROTEIN32 IN THE SILKWORM BOMBYX MORI

A hypothetical protein 32 promoter is provided to be usefully used for selecting a transformed silkworm Bombyx mori by a direct marker gene expression in an egg stage of the silkworm Bombyx mori and more easily select the transformed silkworm Bombyx mori by strong marker expression from the larval stage silkworm Bombyx mori. A sequence of a hypothetical protein 32 gene is described in SEQ ID : NO. 1 including a genetic area and a promoter area of the hypothetical protein 32 gene isolated from silkworm Bombyx mori. A cDNA sequence of the hypothetical protein 32 gene is described in SEQ ID : NO. 2. An amino acid sequence deduced by the cDNA sequence is described in SEQ ID : NO. 3. A maximum promoter active area of the hypothetical protein 32 gene consists of sequences from 501 to 2040 described in the SEQ ID : NO. 1.
