COOLING MEDIUM TUBE CUTTING MACHINE

A coolant tube cutting machine is provided to reduce time for cutting a coolant tube by allowing a camp to link clamping with back-drawing of a clamp and interlocking clamping and the back-drawing of the clamp with cutting of a cutting assembly mechanically. A coolant tube cutting machine comprises a feeding unit, a guide unit, a straightening unit, a conveying unit, and a cutting unit. The cutting unit includes a front clamp assembly(30), a rear clamp assembly(40), and a cutting slider assembly(50). The front clamping assembly clamps a coolant tube(10). The rear clamping assembly clamps the coolant tube with the front clamp assembly. The cutting slider assembly form notches on the coolant tube clamped by the front and rear clamp assemblies. The front clamp assembly has a clamp with an upper jaw(36) and a lower jaw(37). The rear clamp assembly has a clamp with an upper jaw(46) and a lower jaw(47). The clamp of the rear clamp assembly moves back and forth in a length direction of the coolant tube with regard to the front clamp assembly. The cutting slider assembly is located between the front and rear clamp assemblies. The cutting slider assembly has cutting blades(51,52) forming notches on the top and the bottom of a strap of the coolant tube horizontally by using the front and rear clamp assemblies.
