An underwater aerator is provided to discharge water current smoothly and diffuse air riding on the water current far away, by designing a discharge housing of the underwater aerator. An impeller(3) is installed within a suction housing functioning as an upper casing. A discharge housing functioning as a lower casing is joined to the suction housing below the suction housing. A plurality of diffusion ports(9) are formed on the discharge housing. The discharge direction of the rotary water current, which is generated by rotating the impeller, is equal to or similar to the formation direction of the diffusion ports. |
