<p>The invention relates to a device for taking imprints of inner cylindrical surfaces of a plug or of a calibrated pipe, both having reduced diameter, with a view to performing the defectoscopic control. According to the invention, the device consists of an attachment flange (1), two dismountable dowels (5) meant for blocking the rotation of flange (1), some half collars (3) being penetrated by some blocking pins (2) which stiffen the flange (1) to a guide support (4), in the pre-established position for taking the moulding, as well as of a subassembly consisting of a screw (13) which can be rotated by a handle (14) in the attachment flange (1), to the screwing-in direction for taking the sector replica and to the screwing-out direction for dismounting the device and taking out the moulding, the movement from the screw (13) to a pressing crosshead (9) being transmitted centrally, by means of a spherical articulation (12), of a connecting rod (11) and of a wedging rod (10), through the guide support (4) and then radially to a counter-crosshead (8) which presses a moldable resin (7).</p> |
