Substituted 1,3-diphenylprop-2-en-1-one derivatives and preparation and uses thereof

Disclosed is a substituted 1,3-diphenylprop-2-en-1-one derivative represented by formula (I), in which the substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the compounds comprising contacting in basic or acidic medium at least one compound corresponding to formula (A) with at least one compound corresponding to formula (B) as described in the specification. The compounds may be used for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prophylaxis of cerebrovascular pathology.
