The device has a main support (1) including a cell (2) housing a bottle (3) in an upside down manner by gravity. A lever (7) is articulated around a pivot (8) that is connected to the support and is equipped of a bulged zone (9) on its top part. The zone contacts a semi flexible reservoir (4) to compress the reservoir with amplified force (B) that creates an overpressure to eject a liquid e.g. shampoo, amount (10) across a distributing orifice (11) of a closure (6) via a self sealing cap (5), when a user exerts a force (A) on an end of a bottom part of an arm (12) of the lever.
