Platform for adjusting milkers operational height in a dairy cowshed

The adjustable height platform is supported by a linear actuator which in turn is supported by a mounting adapted for mounting within a pit adjacent a rotary platform of a rotary dairy cowshed. Control means are provided whereby a worker standing on the platform can adjust the position thereof relative to the rotary platform so as to achieve desired operating height for the worker to place milking cups on an animal on the rotary platform.
