A glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe with a double wall structure is provided to make the pipe light by interposing a thin glass impregnated prepreg layer in an I-beam to increase withstanding pressure and strength of the pipe. A glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe(10) with a double wall structure comprises a profile(11), a bonding I-beam(12), and a glass impregnated prepreg layer. The profile is wound spirally and the I-beam is interposed between the lateral walls of the profile to be bonded. The glass impregnated prepreg layer is buried in the I-beam.
