A broadcasting receiver and a reservation viewing method for a broadcasting program using the same are provided to use OSD information of a reservation viewing program at the same time in a switched broadcasting program screen, thereby conveniently switching a channel to a previous broadcasting program. A broadcasting receiver and reservation viewing method for a broadcasting program using the same comprise the following steps of: switching a channel to an associated channel when a program in which reservation viewing is selected is started(S120); switching a channel to a new reservation program when a duplication reservation program which is duplicated with current broadcasting program in a partial screen area of new reservation program at the same time is started(S140); and providing current program information of a different channel to an OSD(On Screen Display)(S150).
