The second compartment includes an ingredient that is stable when stored within the second compartment. The container is configured such that a user may selectively cause the first and second compartments to be in communication with each other such that the ingredient of the second compartment is mixed with the aqueous medium of the first compartment. The ingredient, which may be creatine or a derivative thereof, is less stabl e after being mixed with the aqueous medium of the first compartment.
