SYSTEM FOR CONVERTING MOVING PICTURE USING OPEN API AND METHOD THEREOF

A moving picture conversion system using an open API and a converting method of the same are provided to access easily a moving picture service by using an integrated interface. A moving picture upload call unit(23a) uploads a moving picture to a database storage unit by driving a moving picture upload execution unit(32a) of an open API server system according to a moving picture conversion request through a client part. A moving picture conversion setup call unit(23b) commands a conversion condition and a conversion start of each moving picture in order to convert the moving picture on the basis of a field value of the database storage unit by driving a motion picture conversion setup execution unit(32b) of the open API server system. A motion picture transmission setup call unit(23c) sets a connection environment value for transmitting the converted moving picture to an assigned server by driving a moving picture transmission setup execution unit(32c) of the open API server system. A motion picture list output call unit(23d) sets a condition for outputting various lists in order to output a list of the converted moving picture by driving a moving picture list output execution unit(32d) of the open API server system. A moving picture regeneration call unit(23e) sets a condition for regenerating the converted moving picture by driving a moving picture regeneration execution unit(32e) of the open API server system.
