The screen has a hydrophobic and rot-proof fabric band (1) unrolled from a storage drum (2) protected by a case (3) stitched in ground so that fabric maintained by telescopic pickets (4) forms a circular arc protective screen (5). The fabric band contains pockets (18) for arranging objects e.g. watches. A telescopic spacer (16) is mounted on two of the pickets for reinforcing assembly of the screen. The spacer temporarily supports a canvas overflowing on the pickets and forms a real portable shelter for beach. The case is connected by laces (12) to one of the pickets using pierced flukes.
