<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a fork elevator (10) for carrying a load and sliding on a rigid loading frame (9) carried by an orientable belt (8) that is integrated to a movable carriage (7). The carriage is movable on a frame of a bridge crane (6) for being displaced on a rolling track formed of rails situated above each parallel parking bay and parallel to an axle of the bay. Rigid paddles (11) are intercalated between the load and the elevator. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for handling a boat or a vehicle for storing in locations of a parking area e.g. dry stack marina situated on a land, to protect the boat against corrosion or from bad weather. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The rolling track formed of rails permits to raise the boat directly outside the water and to distribute the boat in locations situated on both sides of free passage in the bay of the parking area, thus preventing breaking of load and atomizing the device in an easier manner along X, Y and Z coordinates. The paddles raise the boat in an easier manner without the need for straps which are difficult to be placed, and arrange the boat directly in the locations without manual intervention. The rotation movement of the belt and linear movement of the carriage permit to arrange the boat on both sides of the free passage in the bay parallely or perpendicularly to the bay, thus saving large space and storing heavy boats. The device can be utilized for handling and storing all types of vehicles or large and heavy objects captured and re-arranged at the level of ground, without modifying the characteristics and novelty of the device or implementation of the device.
