An automatic cutter for meat is provided to form net shape cut line on the meat with one operation without making the meat cut, and to enable main parts to be separated and assembled when exchanging components. An automatic cutter for meat includes side plates, a first cutting portion(100), a second cutting portion(200), a rotary portion(300), and a transfer portion(500). A power transmission device is installed on one side of the side plate. A shaft of the first cutting portion is installed between edges of side plates to be driven to rotate by the power transmission device. A first cutter is installed on the shaft. On the rotary portion, a touch member(303) for twisting and moving the position of the meat is installed to make its position adjustable. In the transfer portion, a device for making a transfer belt(503) and transfer rollers do an orbital motion.
