A method for manufacturing a rotating coil of an angular vibration exciter using a multi-layer PCB manufacturing method is provided to control a rotation force by controlling the number of winding times of the rotating coil through adjustment of the number of PCB layers. A method for manufacturing a rotating coil of an angular vibration exciter using a multi-layer PCB manufacturing method includes the steps of: designing mutually symmetrical coil patterns by calculating a line width and a line thickness of the rotating coil according to a current capacity to flow in the coil; forming a coil pattern(1) by making a pair of coils(11) at both sides of multi-layer printed circuit boards(2) according to a line width and a line thickness of the designed coil pattern; forming plural through-holes(21) at one side and the other side of the coil pattern to be separated from the coil pattern at a predetermined distance on the printed circuit boards; laminating the printed circuit boards according to a required rotation force in a multi-structure; and interconnecting the coils formed on the printed circuit boards through the through-holes.
