<p>A cooling device with dehumidification function for a control board and a control method thereof are provided to drive an evaporator fan at a low speed in the humidity mode and at a high speed in the temperature mode, thereby carrying out dehumidification function without using any additional dehumidification elements or dehumidifying agents. A cooling device with dehumidification function for a control board includes a housing receiving a compressor(23), a condenser(24) and an evaporator(25), wherein the condenser and the evaporator are mounted in separated spaces defined by a barrier wall(41). The space mounted with the condenser has an inlet(45) and an outlet(43) for taking in and out atmospheric air. An evaporator fan(21) is mounted at a side of the evaporator and controllable in the two stages. A pressure sensor(34) is mounted to a condenser line and measures pressure for driving a condenser fan(22). A temperature sensor(31) and a humidity sensor(33) are mounted in the cooling device to measure ambient temperature and ambient humidity respectively. An evaporator temperature sensor(32) is mounted at a side of the evaporator for measuring surface temperature of the evaporator.</p> |
