A molding apparatus is provided to prevent raw material from being mixed by pressing pins to the inner surface of a first mold and to prevent specks from being formed on a product by pulling the pins to identify with the inner surface of a second mold. A molding apparatus comprises a first mold(100), a second mold(200), a mold moving unit, a plurality of pins(500), a pin holder(300), a pin holder moving unit(600), and a pin stopper(400). The second mold faces the first mold and forms a molding space with the first mold. The mold moving unit engages the first and second molds with each other or separates the first mold from the second mold. Penetrating the second mold, the pins are arranged densely through the molding space to prevent raw material particles from slipping out. The pin holder holds the pins, preventing the pins from sliding down due to self-weight of the pins and the second mold is located between the pin holder and the first mold. The pin holder moving unit moves the pin holder toward the molding space or away from the molding space. The pin stopper is located on the opposite side of the second mold to limit the movement of the pin.
