CHAOS MOTION ROLLER OF THE MACHINE DEVICE WHICH HAS GROUND RICE

A chaos motion polishing roller for a rice polishing machine is provided to prevent rice from being broken by cracks or impact and to prevent powder of an outer bran layer from being fitted into uneven surface grooves by uniformly polishing the surface of rice. A rice polishing machine(100) is composed of: a polishing roller(200) having a perforated inside, plural rice polishing projections(210) formed in the height direction of the outer peripheral surface and a vent hole(220) formed between the rice polishing projections; a rice polishing net(300) separated from the outside of the polishing roller in a predetermined gap and extended in a longitudinal direction; a cover(400) separated from the outside of the rice polishing net in a predetermined gap and made of transparent materials to show the inside; and a fixing jig fixing the rice polishing net and the cover and rotatably holding the polishing roller. Plural straight grooves(211) are dug on the outer peripheral surface of the rice polishing projection in a longitudinal direction and twisted in one direction.
