The device has a support movable with respect to a frame (3) and comprising a cylinder head (25) and two mobile magnets (21). Orientation of poles with respect to polar parts (11) and position of one of the magnets are arranged for permitting an activation of a working face (2), when the support is in an active position. The other magnet of the support is placed on the cylinder head. Orientation of poles with respect to the parts (11) and position of the latter magnet are arranged to permit deactivation of the face, when the support is in an inactive position.
