<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute store information for achieving effective guest gathering in a store, and to acquire information for confirming the guest gathering effects of the store information distribution. <P>SOLUTION: When a user requests the distribution of the event information of a store from a portable telephone device 1, an information management server device 2 distributes the event information of the store to the portable telephone device 1 in response to the request. Also, when the user visits the store, and holds the portable telephone device 1 with an IC tag 11 over a store terminal 3, communication is performed between the IC tag 11 and an IC tag reader/writer 31 of the store terminal 3, and the information management server device 2 acquires the store ID from the store terminal 3, and distributes the store information relating to the merchandise or facility of the store to the portable telephone device 1.
