PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy control on deciding whether or not to secure an arbitrarily selected function or data, only through a fingerprint input operation with a direct view of the display thereof.

SOLUTION: As data of a function arbitrarily selected from among a plurality of functions is displayed, a CPU 1 controls the security status of the function if recognizing an authorized user by matching fingerprint data read currently by a fingerprint sensor part 14 against fingerprint data registered in advance in a fingerprint data memory 21.
