PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television camera cleaning system capable of easily effecting the maintenance of a universal head often installed on a high place such as on a steel tower or the like. SOLUTION: In the television lens cleaning system equipped with the universal head body with a television camera device composed of a television lens and a television camera which are mounted thereon and a tank for a washer reserving cleaning water for cleaning a photographing window of the television lens for the television camera device, the tank for the washer is mounted to the universal head body through a hinge unit.
