PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of easily responding to a change of a specification of a terminal on the side of a sub-connector by using a common frame, and of reducing a cost. SOLUTION: This connector has the sub-connector 50 for locking a plurality of inserted terminals 60 with lances 52, and a frame 10 for housing the sub-connector therein. Detection members 23 for detecting regular insertion of the terminals in the sub-connector are detachably arranged in a sub-connector housing recessed part 11 of the frame. The detection member is attachable to and detachable from a mounting part 22 on the frame side, and doubly locks the terminal by regulating the flexure of the lance by entering into a flexible space 53 of the lance 52 of the sub-connector when the terminal is properly mounted.
